WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

We ship within Bali for FREE. It takes 1-2 days. Same day delivery by request. If you need your order urgently, please contact us via +62 813-3949-0167.
International shipping and shipping within Indonesia is $15 and takes 2-14 days on average.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • We feature a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to your email.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

The shipping cost added to your order at the time of checkout does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is travelling to. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information or estimations on these costs.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
